The stay here was fabulous, really enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with stunning location so close to grocery stores and the beach and placesto eat and Treasure Island and St John's Pass. The service was exceptional and the food was good.

View from 5th floor over beach was wonderful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Furniture was in good shape. Having laundry facilities within the unit were wonderful as we travel with half the clothing otherwise needed. A good supermarket is walking distance away offering nice lunch options for the balcony. A restaurant nearby offers excellent choices and quality. Room was quiet and relaxing. Good parking. Pool was refreshing in the afternoon. Being able to walk out onto the beach directly is wonderful.

'"Arctic wind" type noise from the front door didn't mirror the actual wind strength outside, but could be dampened by placing a blanket at its base. Phone in room had a terrible background noise that prevented its use for incoming calls. We were surprised to not get any receipt with checkout (showing tax etc) and very disappointed that the room was charged to the to the credit card used to book the room, rather than the card presented at check in.

the location is fabulous and the view can't be beat. Even when the wind was howling yu could catch some sun and enjoy yourself on the balcony.

We really enjoyed South Beach from the moment we entered. We had an apartment with a view of the ocean. Moreover, the free Wi-Fi worked in the rooms. Take a look at the Treasure Island district, it's worth it.

I loved the interaction with the front desk and manager to make sure we were totally happy! They also went above and beyond helping us...they were kind enough to help us with several things that needed to be done via a computer, as we had not taken one along. The greeted us every time we came in and out and asked if everything was going well...they made good suggestions re things to do. Our personal thanks to Marcia for making our grandson's first trip to a beach wonderful!

This hotel in the heart of Treasure Island offers great value for money. With its prime location on the shore, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf from your room. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a nice kitchen that includes a full-size fridge and ice maker. The attention to detail is impressive, providing enough soap for a washer load. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast to start your day off right.

Minor improvements could enhance the overall experience.

The staff were very helpful and could not do enough to help make our stay pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean well decorated and had stunning views over the beach & pool, made even better by having a sizeable balcony to sit out on. There was everything anyone could need for a beach holiday barbeque, cups, glasses and even deck chairs to take onto the beach. The location is good a few restaurants in walking distance, a super market five minute drive away a boardwalk and beach walks. Only downside we didn’t stop long enough.
